Origin story
Every bag of this coffee comes from one 12-acre farm in Zambia, on flat, fertile, red-earth ground. The cherries are washed, then dried slowly in the shade. That patient drying is a big part of why we expect a smooth, low-acid cup with plenty of cocoa and brown sugar.
How to brew this coffee
Three good starting points for Zambia. Weigh the coffee and the water, then adjust to taste.
