Origin story
This coffee is grown by more than 400 smallholder farmers on the volcanic slopes of Uganda’s eastern highlands, above 4,200 feet, in a region that has grown Arabica for more than a century. The cherries are picked by hand and washed, and we expect a bright cup with citrus, dark berry and a dark-chocolate finish.
How to brew this coffee
Three good starting points for Uganda. Weigh the coffee and the water, then adjust to taste.
